  • Salmon fillet600 g
  • Onion cut into thin slices150 g
  • lemon juice2 unit(s)
  • Easy seasoning onion, garlic, olive oil and parsley blended in a blender2 unit(s)
  • aluminum foil to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Basil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Olive to taste
  • capers to taste
  1. Line a platter or tray with aluminum foil.
  2. Unite the platter or board with olive oil.
  3. In a container mix the easy seasoning, lemon juice, rosemary, salt, basil and cilantro.
  4. Place the fish on a glass platter and make some holes in it with the tip of a knife so that the seasoning penetrates well.
  5. Throw all the seasoning mixed on top of the fish.
  6. Distribute the onion rings and the olives and capers over the fish.
  7. Cover the refractory with laminated paper, place in the oven and wait for 35 minutes.
  8. Remove the laminated paper and leave the fish baking for another 10 minutes and you can serve yourself.
