- salt to taste
- Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees. Season the fish with salt and pepper, then mix well butter and lemon zest.
- Grease the baking dish with olive oil and distribute the lemon and then the salmon on top.
- Bake in 20 to 30 minutes. If you wish, add colored peppers together and let them roast together.
