salmon1 kg
butter2 tablespoon
lemon zest1 unit(s)
lemon slices to taste
pepper to taste
salt to taste

Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees. Season the fish with salt and pepper, then mix well butter and lemon zest.
Grease the baking dish with olive oil and distribute the lemon and then the salmon on top.
Bake in 20 to 30 minutes. If you wish, add colored peppers together and let them roast together.
