  • Breadcrumbs3 tablespoon
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Parsley1 tablespoon
  • grated carrot1 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cook the tilapia fillets with just water and salt until they break down easily, then shred and set aside to cool.
  2. Mix all the ingredients BEMMMMMM until you get a very homogeneous mass.
  3. Model as you want, I used the “technique” of the spoon, it's quick and practical.
  4. To fry, put the amount of oil that covers only half of your dumpling, this will not let it soak, turn when the side has in the frying of your preference.
  5. Let the oil drain a little before serving to make it drier. READY! Easy, cheap and soooo delicious.
