- Dry smoked shrimp without head250 g
- Small white onion, chopped1 unit(s)
- Chopped Small Red Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Seedless firm tomato, cut into cubes1 unit(s)
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Diced hard mango100 g
- Coriander, parsley and chopped green onions to taste
- Wash and clean the shrimp under running water (if it's too salty, leave it soaking so it hydrates a little and salt it)
- In a pan, put the olive oil and reformulate garlic and onion. Then add the prawns, season with black pepper and cook until the aromas and flavors come together.
- Turn off the heat and add diced tomato and mango, and wait for a lemon on top. Involve all the ingredients, hit salt, put the chopped green smell, a thread of olive oil and serve.
