  • Fish fillet (Flounder)200 g
  • Chili30 g
  • Onion50 g
  • Chili Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic (tooth)1 unit(s)
  • Coriander to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Cut the fish into small cubes of approximately 1 finger.
  2. Chop the bell pepper and pepper in brunoise.
  3. Cut the onion into Julienne.
  4. In a bowl put all the chopped ingredients, add the coriander, salt, pepper, whole garlic and lemon juice
  5. Let it marinate for about 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the garlic.
  7. Serve chilled.
