Pumpkin1 kg
Chopped Onion100 g
Minced garlic30 g
Butter2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Water50 ml
Shrimp fillet500 g
Black pepper to taste
Burrata1 unit(s)
Sanitized arugula150 g
Olive oil2 dessert spoon

Season the shrimp and reserve.
Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes.
Sauté the onion and garlic in butter, add the pumpkin, saute well. Then add the water and cook over low heat until soft.
Beat the mix until it becomes a smooth puree. Reserve.
In a skillet, grill the shrimp in olive oil.
Mounting In a refractory place the hot puree, then the burrata in pieces, the grilled shrimp and finish with fresh arugula.
