  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic cloves finely chopped3 unit(s)
  1. In a griddle, or a wide, triple-bottomed or iron skillet, add oil and garlic. Place the octopus pieces on the grill next and add the potato pieces. The octopus and potato should already be cooked, but the potato should be firm and not overcooked.
  2. Let the ingredients form a crust on the area touched by the plate and turn
  3. Add salt to taste and the hot paprika, mixing well. If needed, add more oil
  4. Finish preparing the ingredients, leaving them golden on all sides.
  5. Serve while still hot!
