- Desalt the cod, cut into medium pieces and put it to boil in a pan with water. Reserve the water.
- In a clay pot, or another one of your choice, assemble layers, first with the potatoes, then the cod, peppers, tomatoes, onions and olives.
- Put 2 cups (tea) of the water that boiled the cod and take it to the fire, cooking until the potatoes and onions soften.
- Finally, sprinkle the green smell, drizzle with the olive oil at will (about 500 ml); Make white rice with the water you reserved from the cod.
