  • Mussels, cream, juice of 3 lemons, chopped chives and lemon zest.500 g
  1. In a bowl, separate the mussels from the shell, and set aside, add the cream and lemon juice, salt to taste and black pepper, beat until frothy and set aside in the fridge,
  2. In a frying pan, fry the mussels for 3 minutes with olive oil, salt and pepper, heat the cone for 2 minutes.
  3. On a rounded plate, place the shells and the mussels, add drops of sour cream on top of the mussels and garnish with chives and finally lemon zest.
