- Wheat flour2 cup
- Clean the fish and cut into pieces. Remove the heads.
- Season the fish with salt to taste.
- Then pass the pieces in the wheat flour, until you run out of pieces.
- Fry in very hot oil, then place the oil on a paper towel to drain.
