  • lemon juice1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Girl's Finger Pepper to taste
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  1. Cut the fish into cubes
  2. Cut the onion into half moons and leave it in ice water for 10 minutes to remove the bitterness.
  3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
