- Salt to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Olive oil1/2 tablespoon
- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
- Green Smell to taste
- Season the fish fillets with the natural herbs and a drizzle of olive oil and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Mix the almond flour with the Parmesan cheese on a plate and set aside.
- Coat the fish fillets in the almond flour and parmesan mixture.
- Heat a skillet or grill well greased with oil. Place the fish and when the center of the fish is white, turn the side. Let it brown. Turn just once so the fish doesn't fall apart!
- Sprinkle green smell to finish TIP: Serve with a pumpkin puree or manioc and sautéed broccoli.
