  • Clean shrimp400 g
  • grated ginger1 coffee spoon
  • Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Sesame oil2 tablespoon
  • Thinly sliced red onion10 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Shoyu1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Panko or breadcrumbs1 cup
  • Eggs8 unit(s)
  • Grated raw coconut100 g
  • Parsley2 tablespoon
  • Oil500 ml
  1. Season the shrimp with garlic, ginger, onion, parsley, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. In a pot, put the wheat flour, in another, the eggs, and finally, the panko flour mixed in the coconut.
  3. Coat the shrimp in wheat flour, then in the egg, and finally in the panko with the coconut. Reserve in a dry container.
  4. Heat the oil and fry the prawns by immersion. Dry on paper towels. Serve
