  • Black pepper, vinaigrette seasoning, garlic powder, hot paprika and salt to taste

  • Yellow pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)

  1. I seasoned 450g of tilapia fillet with black pepper, vinaigrette seasoning, salt to taste and juice of 1 lemon, let it marinate for 20 minutes and set aside.
  2. I cooked 4 medium potatoes in slices in the steam in the thickness of 1 cm in diameter and set aside
  3. To assemble: I greased the refractory with extra virgin olive oil, then put the potatoes, 1 large tomato in pieces, 1/2 yellow pepper in pieces, 1/2 red pepper in pieces and 1 onion in petals. Seasoned with salt, vinaigrette seasoning, garlic powder and spicy paprika to taste.
  4. I carefully placed the tilapia fillets on top, drizzled with olive oil and put them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Served with cherry tomato confi and serve.
  5. Enjoy your food!
