  • Potatoes4 unit(s)
  • Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Yellow pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste1 to taste
  • Olive oil or oil0 to taste
  • Pitted Sliced Olives1 cup
  • Boiled Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Lemon, Ginger Powder, White Pepper and Garlic0 to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Season the tilapia with powdered ginger, black pepper, lemon, salt and crushed garlic. Rub well inside, make cuts on the side without crossing the spine just to get the seasoning. Let marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Cut the potatoes, peppers, tomato, onion, in a greased shape with olive oil / oil place the fish. Arrange the potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, onions, sprinkle with salt, put garlic in their openings if you prefer, sprinkle with green smell and more oil.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and let it brown for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and add the sliced eggs and olives. It's ready to serve.
