  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Thyme to taste
  • cherry tomato10 unit(s)

  • Olive oil15 ml
  • Potatoes4 unit(s)
  • Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
  1. Add salt, black pepper, thyme, Sicilian lemon and let it rest
  2. Finely slice the onion and tomato making a bed in the bottom of a refractory
  3. Cut the potato in a canoe and place it on the bed in step two
  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the garlic
  5. Place the dogfish steaks in the refractory where the potatoes are already
  6. Place the sliced garlic and cherry tomatoes on top of the dogfish steaks.
  7. Drizzle the dogfish and potatoes with olive oil, throwing the rest of the seasonings on top and put them in the oven until they are cooked to your liking.
