  1. For rice: 1 cup of white rice 2 cloves of minced garlic 1/2 cup chopped broccoli 1 cup broccoli sauce leaf Pre-cook the broccoli leaves with a little water for 5 min and then process in the mixer. Chop the garlic, brown it in the oil, add the broccoli and the rice and season with salt. Sauté for 1 minute and then add the sauce made with the broccoli leaf. For the potato: 2 potatoes fresh oregano leaves salt Cut the potatoes vertically into 4 pieces each (half moon). Cook them for 8 minutes over medium heat. They should still be hard for the next step. Drain and reserve. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and brown the potatoes for 3 minutes on each side. Halfway through, add salt and oregano leaves.
