  • Mussel1 kg
  • Dehydrated Garlic3 tablespoon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 tablespoon
  1. Wash the mussels well and dry them with a paper towel.
  2. In a non-stick skillet, heat the oil and then add the garlic. Sauté quickly so it doesn't burn and separate the garlic.
  3. If necessary, add more oil to the pan and brown the mussels.
  4. After golden, pour the previously separated garlic!
  5. If you wish, you can add chopped parsley! Serve hot and enjoy!
