  • Medium Gray Shrimp500 g
  • Coriander to taste
  • Palmer Mango1 unit(s)
  • Mushroom Paris200 g
  • Palm oil2 dessert spoon
  • Virgin olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Pepper to taste
  • Coconut Milk250 ml
  • Cardamom to taste
  • Lemon to taste
  • Garlic0.5 unit(s)
  1. Marinate the shrimp with olive oil and garlic in a bowl for 30 minutes.
  2. Coat the bottom of a wok skillet with oil.
  3. Toss the squeezed garlic in the wok with the cardamom, stirring until it turns golden brown.
  4. Toss the dried shrimp in the wok and stir until the shrimp start to color.
  5. Place the sliced mushroom in the wok with the two palm spoons until everything is the same color.
  6. Add pepper and soy sauce to taste.
  7. Put the chopped mango as soon as the shrimp and mushroom are ready.
  8. Add the cilantro and coconut milk and stir for another 2 minutes.
