  • Butter50 g
  • Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • White wine200 ml
  • Finely chopped parsley to taste
  1. In a large pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion, until soft, and then the garlic, until it releases its aroma. Remember that it is not necessary to add salt, as mussels are naturally salty.
  2. Add the mussels, white wine, cover the pan and cook over high heat for 3 minutes.
  3. Uncover the pan, add the parsley and stir a little. Discard mussels that are not open.
  4. Serve with toast.
