Mediterranean tilapia with tomaca rice

Corte 2 tomates em cubos e leve para refogar com 2 colheres de cebola, assim que refogar adicione 1 colher de extrato de tomate e entre com o arroz cru tempere com sal e pimenta do reino complete com água e deixe cozinhar 

Cut 2 tomatoes into cubes and sauté with 2 tablespoons of onion, as soon as sauté add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and add the raw rice season with salt and black pepper, top up with water and let it cook

Tempere o filé de tilápia com sal e pimenta do reino, passe ligeiramente na farinha e leve para grelhar 

Season the tilapia fillet with salt and black pepper, lightly dip in flour and place on the grill

Assim que o peixe grelhar retire, e na mesma panela adicione o tomate cortado em cubos sem semente e a azeitona preta e o manjericão deixe refogar e sirva sobre o peixe 

As soon as the fish is grilled, remove it, and in the same pan add the seedless diced tomato and the black olive and basil, let it cook and serve over the fish.
