- Olive Oil to taste
- Make a marinade with lemon juice, cilantro, olive oil, salt and black pepper.
- Leave the fish to marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Quickly cook the carrot in enough water to soften it a little.
- In a baking dish, place the potato slices, carrots and peppers.
- Place the fish on top of the vegetables and drizzle with a little of the marinade.
- Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes
- Watch out for pimples. The meat of this fish is delicious!
