- Flattened Sardines800 g
- Sliced onions2 unit(s)
- Sliced Tomatoes3 unit(s)
- Vinegar100 ml
- Olive oil150 ml
- Bay leaf2 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
- Salt and smell to taste
- Black Olives100 g
- In a hot pressure cooker with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the garlic and turn off the heat.
- Make a layer with half of the tomato and onion, season with salt and enter with the Sardines, also seasoned with salt.
- Add the remaining tomato and onion, bay leaves, salt, paprika, vinegar and oil.
- Cover the pan and turn the heat back on.
- As soon as the cooker gets pressure, count 30 minutes, turn off the fire and let the pressure come out naturally.
- Only open the pan when it is completely cold, that is, at least 3 hours after the pressure is released.
- Transfer the sardines to a refractory, drizzle with the sauce and finish with green smell and black olives.
