Em uma panela média faça uma camada de sardinha temoerada como o sal e o tempero baiano, por cima a cebola, o tomate e o pimentão, tdos cortados em rodelas, por cima mais uma camada de sardinha, finalizando cm os legumes . Acrescente a água,o óleo, o vinagre ,o colorau e o molho de tomate.  Também a panela e cozinhe por 15 minutos. 

In a medium pan, make a layer of sardines seasoned with salt and Bahia seasoning, on top of the onion, tomato and pepper, all cut into slices, on top of another layer of sardines, finishing with the vegetables. Add the water, oil, vinegar, paprika and tomato sauce. Also the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
