- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Tomato3 unit(s)
- Green smell1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil, Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
- With the sardines already cleaned and cut into fillets, place in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper, crushed garlic clove, lemon juice. Let rest for 15 minutes.
- On medium heat, place the pressure cooker and make a layer of onion, tomato and sardines. Do this until you finish everything.
- Add the green smell and a generous drizzle of olive oil. Close and let it take pressure for 15 minutes.
