- Take the lobsters, wash in running water, in a pan put water and the lobsters, squeeze a lemon band and let it boil for about 15 minutes, until it turns golden, drain the water and reserve the lobsters
- Put a pan on the fire, add the oil, the seasonings all cut, let it sauté, when it is already sautéed, put the lobster, squeeze a lemon band, salt to taste, put the paprika, the coconut milk, the cream of mix milk, Sazón, bring to a boil, add the cilantro, let it boil for 15 minutes and it's ready, delicious.
