- Scallops200 g
- Clean shrimp200 g
- Linguine250 g
- cherry tomato180 g
- Dry white wine1/2 cup
- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Sicilian lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Dry the scallops and shrimp with a paper towel. Bring the water to a boil to cook the pasta. Chop the garlic and cut the cherry tomatoes.
- In a large, deep skillet, add a drizzle of oil and wait for it to heat up.
- Grill the scallops on both sides, remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, grill the prawns on both sides, remove from the pan and set aside. At this stage, put the pasta to cook.
- Add more oil and brown the garlic cloves well. Then add the cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the white wine and let it reduce.
- Add the cooked pasta and one more ladle of the cooking water, mix well. Add the green smell and the Sicilian lemon zest.
- Place the grilled scallops and shrimp on top and finish with a few drops of lemon juice.
