- Filet of Bajedo1 kg
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Garlic (clove)4 unit(s)
- Peppers2 unit(s)
- Squid300 g
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Green Smell1 to taste
- Saute garlic and onion
- Add peppers in strips
- Add diced tomato
- add coconut milk
- Add salt, black pepper, spicy paprika and tabasco (to taste)
- Include fish and squid seasoned with lime, salt and black pepper
- Let it cook on low heat and covered for 15 min.
- Add green smell and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Enjoy and serve with plantain farofa (wait for next post)
