  • Cooked rice1 cup
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon to taste
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream200 ml
  • Cottage cheese200 ml
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
  • Mozzarella cheese100 g
  • Ham or pepperoni150 g
  • Straw potatoes for garnish to taste
  1. Peel the shrimp, removing the head, after washing, season with lemon, salt, a little garlic and black pepper. Let marinate, 5 min. Put it to fry with butter for about 5 minutes. (RESERVE)
  2. In a pan, put onion, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, butter and oil and let it brown well.
  3. Then add the coconut milk, cream, curd and cheeses, let it boil over low heat, add the peas, season with pepper, hit the salt. Put the ham and the shrimp mix and add the rice little by little, because it has to leave it very creamy.
  4. Finally, place in a refractory, mozzarella cheese on top and potato straw. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven
