  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Shrimp500 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Cup of Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
  • Can of Sour Cream1 unit(s)
  • Shredded Mozzarella300 g
  • Grated Ham200 g
  • Pea100 g
  • Cooked rice250 g
  • Straw potato to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  1. Sauté the garlic and onion in a pan with olive oil.
  2. Add the prawns and let it brown.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
  4. With the shrimp ready, add the cream, the cottage cheese, ⅔ of the mozzarella, the peas, the rice and the ham.
  5. Mix everything very well.
  6. Turn off the fire and transfer to a refractory platter.
  7. Spread the remaining mozzarella on top.
  8. Bake in preheated oven at 250°C for 15 minutes or until browned.
  9. Remove from the oven and finish with straw potatoes and parsley.
  10. Serve your spectacular international shrimp!
