Para o molho branco: 
Em uma panela, inicie colocando a margarina assim que derreter, adicione a farinha de trigo, cuidado para não queimar, quando formar uma massinha, vá adicionando o leite aos poucos e mexendo com a ajuda de um fouet para que o molho fique homogêneo. Assim que engrossar o molho, adicione noz moscada ralada, acerte o sal, e reserve

Frite os camarões no azeite ou óleo, até que fiquem douradinhos (ou ao ponto que você goste). Em um refratário, adicione: o arroz cozido, o molho, a ervilha o presunto picado, o camarão e misture bem (reserve alguns camarões para enfeitar). Cubra com queijo mussarela a gosto, leve ao forno para derreter o queijo, acrescente a batata palha por cima e se delicie com essa maravilha!
