  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Chopped ham200 g
  • Chopped Mozzarella200 g
  • Pea1 can(s)
  • Cooked rice4 cup
  • Sour cream2 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese1 can(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Straw Potato1 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Season the shrimp with salt, pepper and lemon, let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a pan add the butter and then put the shrimp
  3. saute Be careful with the shrimp's cooking time, the point is when it starts to turn pink.
  4. Then add peas, cream, ham, mozzarella and cottage cheese, mix and add the rice.
  5. Place in a refractory, cover with mozzarella and take it to the oven for 15 minutes.
