- Cooked Rice3 cup
- Gray Shrimp350 g
- Fresh peas1 cup
- Chopped Ham100 g
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Straw potato1 cup
- Fresh cream350 ml
- In a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the shrimp quickly and set aside.
- In the same pan, place the ham, peas and cream. Add salt and black pepper and cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
- Return the prawns to the pan, add the cooked rice and transfer to an ovenproof dish. Cover with mozzarella cheese and place in preheated oven. I put it on the grill function until gratin. It's pretty quick! Remove from the oven and sprinkle straw potato!
