- Clean Peeled Shrimp800 g
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Chopped ham200 g
- Chopped Mozzarella200 g
- Sliced Mozzarella200 g
- Pea1 can(s)
- Cooked rice2/5 cup
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Cottage cheese200 ml
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Straw Potato to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Season the cleaned shrimp with lemon, salt, black pepper and let it marinate for approximately 20 minutes;
- In a pan, melt the butter and then place the shrimp. Saute carefully so it doesn't go overcooked and become rubbery, shrimp cooks very quickly;
- Add the peas, cream, curd, ham and chopped cheese. Mix everything and add the rice;
- Place in a refractory, cover with the sliced mozzarella and take it to the oven in grill mode until the cheese melts;
- Remove, add the straw potato on top and it's ready!
