  • Salmon100 g
  • Cream cheese100 g
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Flour1/4 cup
  • Panko Flour1 cup
  • Boiled Japanese rice1/2 cup
  • Oil for frying1 unit(s)
  • Straw sweet potato to taste
  1. Open the seaweed and arrange the Japanese rice only halfway
  2. Place a strip of salmon and a strip of cream cheese and close the sushi forming a roll.
  3. Pass this roll in the dough of water and flour mixed
  4. Involve well in the dough and coat with panko flour, and take it to the freezer for a few minutes while the oil heats up.
  5. Fry the whole roll under immersion in hot oil, after fried cut by portioning each roll yields 6 to 8 hot holl
