  • Breadcrumbs2 cup
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Orange1 unit(s)
  • Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1/2 cup
  • Ciboulette2 tablespoon
  • Thyme1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Grate the lemon and orange rinds and set aside. In a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, butter, oil and mix well. Add the chives, thyme and lemon and orange zest. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with your hands until you can form a ball, pressing it well so that it falls apart. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with oil and place the salmon fillet. Distribute the entire crust over the salmon, pressing well so that it does not fall apart. Pre heat the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Bake the salmon for 15 minutes or until its crust is golden. And it's ready to be due!! Good appetite 😋😋
