  • Fresh tuna1 kg
  • Soy sauce (Shoyu) 240ml1 cup
  • Chopped chives (3/4)1 cup
  • Sesame oil2 tablespoon
  • Toasted sesame seeds1 tablespoon
  • Pepperoni (optional)1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Macadamias2 tablespoon
  • Rice vinegar or lemon juice for serving1 to taste
  1. Mix all the ingredients (- the vinegar/lemon) in a glass or metal bowl until the tuna is coated with the marinade. Let it rest for at least 2 hours in the fridge before serving. Note: vinegar or lemon juice are only used when serving and not in the marinade.
