- Medallion of hake seasoned with lemon pepper and salt to taste500 g
- Fresh cream350 g
- Fresh Spinach2 cup
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Lemon Juice2 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour to taste
- Season the hake medallions and coat in wheat flour.
- In a hot skillet with olive oil, brown the medallions on both sides and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add more olive oil and brown the onion. Add spinach and lemon juice. When the lemon juice has evaporated, add the fresh cream, salt and black pepper to taste. Return the medallions to the skillet with the sauce.
