  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Cornmeal3/4 cup
  • Spicy Paprika to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Lemon to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Season the fillets with salt, pepper, lemon and set aside.
  2. In a separate container, mix the flour, cornmeal, paprika and salt.
  3. Take the fillets and pass in this dry mixture, pressing to be breaded.
  4. Take a roasting pan, drizzle with olive oil, accommodate the fillets and with a brush brush the fillets with olive oil a few times.
  5. Bake at 200° for approximately 25/30 min turning halfway through.
  6. It's very golden, crispy and dry!
