Hake fillets4 unit(s)
Wheat flour1 cup
Cornmeal3/4 cup
Spicy Paprika to taste
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Lemon to taste
Olive oil to taste

Season the fillets with salt, pepper, lemon and set aside.
In a separate container, mix the flour, cornmeal, paprika and salt.
Take the fillets and pass in this dry mixture, pressing to be breaded.
Take a roasting pan, drizzle with olive oil, accommodate the fillets and with a brush brush the fillets with olive oil a few times.
Bake at 200° for approximately 25/30 min turning halfway through.
It's very golden, crispy and dry!
