  • Recipe
  • Cabbage braised in olive oil and garlic3 tablespoon
  • Cream of corn with Beans Manteiguinha (full recipe on my profile 😉)2 tablespoon
  • Tilapia fillet2 unit(s)
  • Lemon to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Ground pink pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Tomato1/2 unit(s)
  1. Start by seasoning the tilapia fillets with a little lemon, olive oil and salt and let it marinate for a maximum of 10 minutes.
  2. Preheat a non-stick frying pan and add the tilapia fillets
  3. Cut the tomato into slices, season with salt and set aside
  4. Once the tilapia fillets are well cooked, turn them aside and season with ground black pepper, ground pink pepper and oregano to taste and add the sliced tomatoes
  5. Let it cook for another 3 minutes and that's it, serve next.
  6. Serve with the braised kale and creamed corn made with Beans Manteiguinha 😉 (recipe on my profile)
