- Recipe
- Cabbage braised in olive oil and garlic3 tablespoon
- Cream of corn with Beans Manteiguinha (full recipe on my profile 😉)2 tablespoon
- Tilapia fillet2 unit(s)
- Lemon to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Ground pink pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Start by seasoning the tilapia fillets with a little lemon, olive oil and salt and let it marinate for a maximum of 10 minutes.
- Preheat a non-stick frying pan and add the tilapia fillets
- Cut the tomato into slices, season with salt and set aside
- Once the tilapia fillets are well cooked, turn them aside and season with ground black pepper, ground pink pepper and oregano to taste and add the sliced tomatoes
- Let it cook for another 3 minutes and that's it, serve next.
- Serve with the braised kale and creamed corn made with Beans Manteiguinha 😉 (recipe on my profile)
