- Clean shrimp500 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Place the shrimp on a plate between sheets of paper towels to dry well, for at least 5 minutes.
- Heat the skillet well
- Separate into two portions
- Put a spoon of oil
- Put a portion of shrimp, let it grill for 1 minute and add salt to taste. Flip the prawns for another minute and add more salt to taste. Let it cook for another 30 seconds. (Total 2 and a half minutes).
- Remove the portion and place on a plate. Repeat step 5 with the other portion.
- Return the other portion to the skillet. Put the spoon of butter and the squeezed garlic. Stir for 30 seconds.
- Serve and add a squeezed lemon if you like, it's delicious.
