  • Ingredients

  • Clean shrimp500 g
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  1. Place the shrimp on a plate between sheets of paper towels to dry well, for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the skillet well
  3. Separate into two portions
  4. Put a spoon of oil
  5. Put a portion of shrimp, let it grill for 1 minute and add salt to taste. Flip the prawns for another minute and add more salt to taste. Let it cook for another 30 seconds. (Total 2 and a half minutes).
  6. Remove the portion and place on a plate. Repeat step 5 with the other portion.
  7. Return the other portion to the skillet. Put the spoon of butter and the squeezed garlic. Stir for 30 seconds.
  8. Serve and add a squeezed lemon if you like, it's delicious.
