- Butter15 g
- Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon, then grill the fish in olive oil.
- Place the butter, grated onion and garlic in a pan. Bring to a boil and let it cook. soon after add black pepper and milk, when the milk comes to a boil add the flour little by little when it is at the desired consistency add the lemon juice
