- Mirim Sack50 ml
- Shoyu50 ml
- Chili Pepper1 unit(s)

- Chives to taste
- First we have to cure the fish, mix the dry ingredients, brown sugar and salt, let it cure for at least 1h30. After curing, wash the fish well and dry with a paper towel.
- Cut the fish against the fiber as if you were going to make sashimi. Reserve.
- In a processor, put the juice of 1 lemon, 1 orange, ginger to taste, soy sauce, Mirim, and seedless girl finger pepper. Crash everything.
- Let's go to the montage. Place the fish under the plate. And pour the syrup under the fish. Leave about 10 minutes in the fridge to serve them very cold. Add orange zest. This appetizer goes very well with a very cold beer. Bon appetit, enjoy.
