- Creamy and consistent cottage cheese300 g
- Mountain Cheese200 g
- Minced Garlic (Teeth)2 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley200 g
- Open the oysters carefully, keeping them in the concave part of the shell, already releasing the muscle that holds them to the shell.
- Take the cream cheese and beat it in a bowl, with the help of a fuet, mixing the parsley, the chopped garlic and half the mountain cheese
- Place the beaten cheese on the oysters, covering all the flesh of the oysters and sprinkle with the rest of the mountain cheese.
- Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC on a baking sheet and let it bake and brown, for approximately 20 minutes.
- Serve while still hot and enjoy this wonderful delicacy!
