- 1 Can of Solid Tuna170 g
- Tomato100 g
- Mustard1 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise1 teaspoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Remove all the tuna from the can and put it in a container, mash it with a fork.
- Add mayonnaise and mix with the tuna to bind
- Add the chopped tomato, mustard, olive oil, salt and lemon. Mix everything and you're done. Eat plain, with bread or toast. enjoy yourself 😋
