  • Asterix Potato1 kg
  • Egg Yolk3 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan50 g
  • Wheat flour180 g
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Tomato sauce400 ml
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Vegetable broth tablet1 unit(s)
  1. Gnocchi: Roast the peeled potatoes with coarse salt in the oven at 220°C for 30min. Squeeze while still hot and mix the egg yolks, flour, oil, cheese and nutmeg. Allow to cool, roll and cut. Cook in a pan with boiling water when the gnocchi rises, wait 1 minute and remove.
  2. Octopus: In a pan, sauté half an onion and 1 clove of garlic. Add water up to 3 fingers below the edge When it boils, add 1 tablet of vegetable broth. Place the octopus by dipping and removing 3 times to make the tentacles well curled. Then cook for 1 hour on medium heat.
  3. finalization Put the gnocchi in the oven with tomato sauce and grated cheese for 30 minutes at 180°C Put the octopus in a very hot skillet with butter and olive oil. Arrange the gnocchi in a deep dish and sprinkle with the broth from the skillet and place the octopus on top.
