  • 3 clean (medium) tilapias Juice of 2 lemonsSalt to taste 2 cloves of garlic, crushed Black pepper to taste 2 cups (tea) of flour 1 cup (tea) of cornmeal Oil for frying to taste
  1. Place the tilapia on a platter and season with lemon, salt, black pepper and garlic. In each tilapia make cuts of approximately 1 cm. Let marinate for about 40 minutes. In a platter, mix the flour and cornmeal and pass the tilapia. Fry in hot oil. Let it brown on both sides and remove. Drain well. Serve with lemon.
