- mimoso cornmeal1/2 cup
- wheat flour (no yeast)1/2 cup
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed black pepper and salt2 to taste
- Place the fish fillets in a bowl and season with lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper to taste.
- In another bowl, add the cornmeal with the wheat flour and mix.
- Then pass the fish fillets in this flour mixture to coat.
- After that, you can fry in hot oil until golden.
