  • Fish fillet500 g
  • mimoso cornmeal1/2 cup
  • wheat flour (no yeast)1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed black pepper and salt2 to taste
  1. Place the fish fillets in a bowl and season with lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. In another bowl, add the cornmeal with the wheat flour and mix.
  3. Then pass the fish fillets in this flour mixture to coat.
  4. After that, you can fry in hot oil until golden.
