  • 800g shrimp Juice of 1 lemonSalt and black pepper to taste 1 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour 1 1/2 cup (tea) of cornstarch 1 egg 1 cup (tea) of milkOil for fryingSauce 3 cloves of minced garlic 1/2 cup (tea) of iced milkSalt and taste zest of 1 lemon 1 cup (tea) of oil1 kg
  1. For the sauce, place the garlic, milk, salt and lemon zest in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the oil in a stream until it thickens. Reserve. Season the shrimp with lemon juice, salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, egg, milk, salt and mix. Pass the prawns through this mixture and fry, gradually, in hot oil, until golden. Drain on paper towels and serve with the garlic sauce.
